By accessing or using SimpleSurg, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use SimpleSurg. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SimpleSurg solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you upload or provide through the App is accurate and complete.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content and materials provided through SimpleSurg are the property of SimpleSurg or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials obtained through the App without prior written consent.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SimpleSurg at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleSurg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SimpleSurg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
